Release us, let us not hold back!
Bring release, touch our lives, even this day.
Rise up in us Lord! Renew a right spirit within! Romance us Father, let us known you intimately.
Breathe on us, let your life consume us.
Revive us, restore us, release us, bring us into the chamber of your heart, to hear your heart beat and let it beat within us.
Remove the stony heart, the hard heart and replace it with a heart revived by you, a new heart!
Teach us to love anew, with a heart shaped by you. A tender heart, an open heart, a forgiving heart, a heart that knows what it means to be wounded, a heart that knows the songs of the beloved.
Stire our hearts, stir our spirits. Stir us Lord, for it is in you that we live and have our being, it is in you that we stand!
Stir us Father, Stir us, let us rise and move into your presence, that we might become the people that you have called us to be!
Till later,
Paul

There is just something about sitting here in the early morning hours, looking out the bay windows, oil lamp lit, the sounds of the morning, of a new day dawning, the birds welcoming the day in song.
Knowing that today, is a new day, a day of new beginnings, of opportunities to walk with the Father, learning to hear His voice in the moments of the day.
How awesome is that!
That we wake, we breathe in His presence, to open His word and to say, “Father, Thank you, thank you for this day, help us to not look back, but to move forward and to walk in the path that you have prepared for us this day.”
“Father, help us to touch the lives of others, not by words we speak, but the life that we live, that our hearts, our words, the things that we speak, will lift up others.”
“That the words we speak, the lived we live, will give them hope and strength to walk this day in you.”
“That no matter if we are on the mountain top or walking in the valley, Lord, you are right beside us, leading us, guiding us, Your light, Your life, Your hope, shining forth through us.”
“Remind us, that today, is the day that you have made, that we will rejoice and be glad in it!”
Till later,

In the midst of a world that is scattered, following it’s own path, there is an awakening that is taken place in the hearts of men and women, from the youngest to the oldest, the Spirit of the Lord, the Heart of the Father is calling to us!
Calling us to a place of intimacy, to a place of knowing Him, of quiet time!
A time of listening, of hearing the heartbeat of the Creator of Heaven and Earth, bringing us to a place of knowing Him, wither in the Storms or on the Mountain Tops, our hearts, our minds, our souls, our spirit is one with Him.
In the midst of all that is going on cannot your heart hear that still small voice stirring within, a voice crying, come away my beloved, be one with me, dine with me, rest your head on me, let me share my heart with you, let me look within and let me heal the wounds, seal the pain and let us spend time together!
Eat of my words, partake of my life, look to me, I ‘am, Abba Father, I will hear. I will understand and in the midst of all, awake to my presence and know that I am leading you, guiding you and bringing you to a place of rest, of knowing and in the knowing, you will stand on a firm foundation, rooted in me and we shall walk together and we will be one!
Awake my beloved, for I knock on the door of your heart, of your Spirit and I say awake, for I have chosen this day and I bid you come, spend time with me and we shall be one!
May each and everyone who is reading this be blessed, for through the storms, through the battles, through all, know that we are the beloved of the Lord and He is awakening us to the reality of that relationship.
Listen, hear the voice, calling us higher, to be one with Him and one with the Father!
Till later,

Sitting in my recliner the other night, looking out of the bay windows, watching some of the biggest, meanest looking dark clouds roll in. The wind blowing, thunder and lightening, what a show!
You know what am doing?
I am rejoicing, giving thanks to the Lord for the rain, the cool breeze and the release from the heat of the last few days as the Lord gives us a spectacular show, complete with sound effects!
What comes to mind right now as I am sitting here is the fact that the Lord is my shelter, my strong tower, my strength and my defence even in the midst of the storm.
How we react is what makes the difference in our walk with the Lord. Each day we have to make choices and decisions that effect us and those around us. We can choose to walk around with a woe is me, no one cares, why even bother attitude or we can walk in faith knowing that the Lord is in charge and well aware and He will speak to us. Through His word, through a friend. There are so many ways He will answer if we simply look to Him with a heart of faith. No, it isn’t easy, but then it wouldn’t’t be faith, would it?
So how are we going to react to the storms that are a coming? Are we going to see them as that which fine tunes us, sharpens us and makes us press in even more to the Lord or are we going to let it defeat us and bring us down?
As for me I choose to press on in, to allow the effects of the storm to work in my life, to remove all that is not of the Lord and that a freshness and a cleansing comes forth and knowing that I can continue to press on even more and that the Lord will continue to mold and shape me into an instrument to be used in His hands.
Each day is a new day, a new choice, an opportunity to grow in the things of the Lord. It is a time of learning to come into His presence, of meditating in His word and letting it become real within and applying it to our every day life. Realizing that we really can walk in the Lord here and now.
Today is the Day that the Lord has made! The choice is yours!
